GPH        PSI

The Series 1000 chemical dosing pump has a unibody chemical pump design allows pressures up to 3000 PSI and flow capacities up to 123 GPH. It complies with API 675 standards for positive displacement pumps.

Built to handle slurries, off-gasing and high viscosities, making it suitable for applications in water and wastewater treatment, oil and gas refinery, agricultural fertigation and more.

2000 – Diaphragm Metering Pump
   180      1,800
GPH        PSI

The AquFlow Series 2000 is designed to handle pressures of up to 1800 PSI and flow capacities up to 180 GPH. Complies with API 675 standards for positive displacement pumps.

Available in simplex and duplex configurations, depending on the flow capacity needed and it’s fully enclosed in an aluminum housing.

Applications in a variety of industries, including municipal water treatment.

3000 – Diaphragm Metering Pump
 920       700
GPH       PSI

The Series 3000 reaches 920 GPH (Duplex) and pressure up to 700 PSI. Complies with API 675 standards for positive displacement pumps.

It’s equipped with a true hydraulically balanced diaphragm. Available in 5 different liquid end material ensures you will have corrosion resistance. The drive parts are submerged in a lubricant hydraulic oil bath to ensure minimal wear.

The modular design combines the Aluminum gear housing with pressure chambers and liquid end. The pump also has an internal relief valve to protect against over-pressurization and eventual rupture.

4000 – Diaphragm Metering Pump
3,530      3,500
GPH        PSI

Not many pump manufacturers can boast a range of flows that start at fractional GPH and go up to 3,500 GPH. And complies with API 675 requirements

The Series 4000 diaphragm metering pumps come at the top end of this impressive pump line. Built like a battle tank, is made to withstand the most brutal working conditions one can expect a pump to perform in. It balances size and boldness with precision delivering flow consistence with less than 1% variation.

Available liquid end chemical resistant materials such as 316 Stainless Steel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, PVC and PVDF. The metered pump also uses a disc valve which affords a larger opening to allow more viscous and some solids if needed.
