VTP Vertical Turbine Pump

The VTP pump line is normally designed to operate in wells or sumps. Its bowl assembly consists primarily of a suction case or bell, one or more pump bowls and a discharge case. The pump bowl assembly is positioned in the sump or well at a depth to provide the proper submergence.

The VCT product line includes the HX, KX, MX, RX, SX, TR, VMF, VX and WX pump models for Wet Pit Applications.

DSV Vertical Process Pump

Heavy Duty, Double Suction, Vertical Process Pump
The type DSV is a heavy-duty, vertical double suction, twin volute, single stage centrifugal design. The DSV pump has good NPSH characteristics and is ideal for open sumps, channels, lakes and rivers.

VAF Vertical Axial Flow Pump

The VAF pump family is comprised by the VPO, PV, PMR and PVD models and is suited for applications that require large quantities of flow with low head.

IVP Vertical
In-Line Pump

The IVP vertical in-line pump design is available in 28 hydraulic sizes and with a split coupled configuration. It is engineered to allow direct connection to the pipelines while using a reduced space. Its design facilitates maintenance, as the replacement of the mechanical seal becomes fast and simple without disconnecting the pump from the pipeline or removing the motor.

The IIL type vertical in-line pumps feature a space saving, top pull-out design which allows versatile applications in a wide range of industries. These pumps can meet the requirements of the ANSI B73.2 specification for chemical process.

Vertical Bearing Pumps

Hayward Gordon’s vertical bearing pumps are ideally suited to sump applications for both relatively clean fluids and sumps containing large concentrations of solids. Even large solid sizes can be handled with our recessed impeller wet ends, passing up to a 7” sphere.

Pumps can be supplied in a variety of materials, from the more common cast irons, steels, and 300 series stainless steels to materials for more aggressive environments including duplex stainless steel.

Hayward Gordon’s vertical cantilever pumps offer the advantages of exceptionally low maintenance and robust operation on the most demanding services.

The cantilever design completely eliminates the need for submerged bearings, seals, or check valves and the maintenance and problems associated with these additional components.

This design also allows the pump to run dry without damage and is self-priming once the liquid level is above the volute.
